Hi, been busy grinding my way up the ladder in league.

As in LoL?

I caught Puffles streaming PoE the other night, but I was the only one watching and that was a little too intimate.

Things were just about to get interesting zaq!

PoE so fun... Zed playing LoL o god. LoL can be fun I don't know if I can get back into it though. Hots comes out next week I might get back into Starcraft.

Oh shit does it? I will probably get it for the campaign and to lose @ multiplayer for a month at some point. Speaking of LoL I miss our Dota games, playing with friends and making random strangers rage is way more fun than just having random strangers rage.

PoE is all about what hack and slash should be! There isn't any story really and the pvp isn't quite setup yet. The game is really good though, I wrote a thread about some of the neat features. The endgame is just amazing so far.

I took a break from Dark Souls (Four Kings NG++ is soul smothering) to play LoL. And now I have a question. Are these people really this terrible or are they all trolling each other? And I think some of them are botting?!

Well it's the most popular game in the world. So you have to assume you are playing with a 10 year old white kid (who sucks and rages, a 8 year old asian kid (who carries the whole team)... a soccer mom an unemployed dad and then you (scrubsauce). I did enjoy the last time I played it for a bit. Still not level 30 lol, but I grinded from 18-25 or so in my last stint. It was pretty fun, my brother makes fun of me for playing though ((

It is a lot more fun now, as there are actual divisions just like sc2 has. So you can work your way up and play against people closer to your skill level then before. As for the bitching from team members, yah it sucks but you really can't compare sc2 to league in that regard since if you lose in sc2 you can't blame anyone but yourself, however in league you are grouped up with 4 other people and you could have an amazing game and lose because your team just sucks.

I actually enjoy the random rages. Best Wc3 memories were getting carried by slaxfolk in team games and having people rage at puff/squeak/rob. I could see the spittle flying between their caps locked tirades.
You should tell me your ID's so I can bother you into carrying me sometime.

Super Nerd Note: Dota2 China tourney finals @9Est tonight. Watching pros lets me be good at games vicariously.

Yea there is a big reason why 10 people play sc2 and 10 billion play LoL. It's definitely a lot of fun and I was playing solo. It would be great on teamspeak with a few nerds!

It's supposed to be a 50mb connection which is the best they offer, and it was just fine. But I got this email last week:

So it really should be more like 150/20, but 110/30 is what speedtest got me. I'll probably try to tweak it just to get a 150 speedtest image saved lol.
